Gresini à la Dulse

Twenty  Gresini 20 g Supersec dulse 
2 tablespoons of fruity olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Fleur de sel 
Shavings of Parmesan or refined goatcheese
 
  • Rehydrate algae 10 minutes in cool water
  • Dry them
  • In a large bowl, mix oil and vinegar
  • Add seaweed, and let marinate for 10 minutes
  • Remove the dulse strips and wind them around  the Gresini
  • Sprinkle lightly with sea salt, and roll each Gresini in the goatcheese or Parmesan shavings
  • You can imagine many variations, depending on the oil, vinegar, or cheese used
