Chard and poplar mushrooms

40 g of poplar mushrooms
Chard  (approx 600 g)
2 tablespoons olive oil
40 g of  goat cheese
12 green olives (optional)
  • Remove the base of the chard and chop the leaves into pieces of about 4 cm
  • Wash it
  • Boil a large pot of lightly salted water, and scald the chard for 4 minutes
  • Cool immediately and put on the side.
  • Putthe mushrooms  in a pan with a glass of water
  • Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, until the mushrooms are rehydrated
  • Add olive oil and let them color over low heat for two minutes
  • Add the chard, stir and leave an extra two minutes
  • Serve with a few shavings of goat cheese, and if you want a few olives
