Organic potatoe flakes* & nettle* (*products from organic farming)
For 100 g of flakes, heat 75 cl broth, water or milk. When the liquid quivers, take off the heat and pour the flakes progressively in while whisking. Add 40 g butter and 40 g grated cheese (optional), smoothing with a spoon. Serve warm. You can dose the quantity of liquid or flakes you use depending on the final texture you want.
