| Yes. Our bags are made of corn cellulose. They can be composted industrially so as not to leave traces of plastic. |
| Once opened, products can be preserved by carefully closing the bag. They must be protected from light and heat. You can also place them in an airtight container, which will protect them from insects, for example. |
| There can be several reasons for this. First of all, the product may be out of stock — in this case, ensure that you have not received a voucher from us. If not, we may have forgotten a product during the preparation of your order. You will be compensated. Complete the following form to indicate which product is missing, and we will reimburse you as soon as possible. You must be logged in to complete the form. |

We do our best to protect our products, but transportation services are not always as careful as we are. Make sure you are logged in and complete the form. | Products are selected during culinary visits by our partner Philippe Emanuelli, who is always on the lookout for quality products for his Michelin-starred restaurant in Brittany. We also collaborate with local producers (Nos Pilifs, Les Filles, Dolfin …) according to strict specifications. |

| Supersec ships to the whole world (almost).
Click here to consult a table with delivery rates by country. Shipping uses TAXIPOST, with tracking for shipments in Europe. Tracking is not available for the rest of the world. Orders are delivered after 2 working days for Belgium, 2 to 3 working days for neighbouring countries, 3 to 5 working days for most EU countries and 4 to 8 days for the rest of the world. Please add maximum 3 working days for Supersec to post your orders from one of the BPost distribution points. |
